Custom orders are a collaborative process and I take every single one seriously. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your inquiry.

The process
All custom orders begin with an inquiry form. Once I review your request I'll reach out within 48 hours with a quote and estimated turnaround time. Your order is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order slot. This deposit covers the time spent sourcing materials and beginning production on your piece. No deposit, no order.

Cancellations
Once your deposit is submitted your slot is locked in and production begins. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you need to cancel after your deposit is paid the remaining balance will not be charged but the deposit will not be returned.

Revisions
I work closely with every client to make sure we're aligned on the vision before production begins. Once production has started significant changes to the original request may result in additional charges.

Turnaround time
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quoting. While I do my best to deliver on time please understand that handmade pieces take time and timelines may shift slightly. You will always be kept informed.

Final payment
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion before your piece is delivered or shipped.

Custom orders are final sale.
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.
