​At In Stitches by Sam every piece is made with care and intention. If something isn't right we want to make it right.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return items must be in their original condition. Unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return
Email us at institchsbysam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
